Job Description

Purpose of the job: This role is responsible for Supply Chain (Factory). As part of this role, you are expected to work collaboratively with the HR team, build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the business, hiring managers, and come up with resourcing solutions and strategies. Aligned with the Talent Acquisition agenda, you will partner with the HR team to lead the Talent Strategy, lead the execution of Employer Branding in your business unit and oversee delivering best in class resourcing and talent partnering experience to the business leads, employees, and external candidates. The main responsibilities are: ● Act as a single point of HR contact for the factory leadership team and employees. ● Manage training, performance, career management, and development plans. ● Manage relations and daily operations with labor union representatives, being a part of the collective work agreement process for the plants. ● Preparation and follow-up plants’ headcount budget, preparation, monitoring, coordination, and reporting of HR planning for the factory. ● Implement global HR practices and projects into the plants. ● Partner with the business for internal talent moves and external talent and skills requirements. ● Build a solid understanding of the local talent market as well as the Unilever business.

Requirements

● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Recruitment and HR Business Partnering) preferable in a multinational company. ● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● Fluent in English.
