Job Description

Purpose of the job: This role is responsible for Supply Chain (Factory). As part of this role, you are expected to work collaboratively with HR team, build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the business, hiring managers and come up with resourcing solutions and strategy. Aligned with the Talent Acquisition agenda, you will partner with HR team to lead the Talent Strategy, lead the execution of Employer Branding in your business unit and oversee delivering best in class resourcing and talent partnering experience to the business leads, employees, and external candidates. The main responsibilities are: - Acting as a single point of HR contact for the Factory Leadership Team and employees - Managing training, performance, career management and development plans - Managing relations and daily operations with Labor Union Representatives, being a part of Collective Work Agreement process for the plants - Preparation and follow up plants’ Head Count budget, preparation, monitoring, coordination and reporting of HR Planning for the factory - Implementing Global HR practices & projects into the Plants - Partners with the business for internal talent moves and external talent and skills requirements - Builds a solid understanding of the local Talent market as well as the Unilever business

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Recruitment and HR Business Partnering) preferable in a multinational company - BA degree in relevant fields - Fluent in English
