Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will partner with various leaders across the business area in making decisions related to our workforce by facilitating organizational and leadership development efforts. As a member of our strategic HR team, you will utilize collaboration skills while communicating with employees and managers to address the root causes of human resources issues. You will also play a key role in administering Talent Management and succession planning activities within the client organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience in HR strategic planning to ensure effective talent programs are created and implemented.
- Lead internal investigations and provide coaching and counsel to managers and employees.
- Based on the decision agreed to by leadership, may make salary recommendations for promotions, lateral moves, and demotions within established HR guidelines.
- Partner across HR teams such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to select, develop and evaluate employees to ensure the efficient operation of the digital transformation function.
- Make recommendations for the development of high-performing employees and manage employee performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to recommend programs to identify attrition risk, increase employee satisfaction, and manage turnover.
