Job Description

- Applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis; - People metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing and human resource compliance); - Assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives; - HR data analyzing and prepare decision support analysis; - Develops, implements and administers cost-effective benefits programs such as retention and pension plans and life / health insurance;

Requirements

- BA or higher in Management, Industrial Engineering or Statistics; - Data driven and data analyzer learning and systematic mindset; - People orientated and also interested in HR and working with employees; - Good command of reporting and data analysis tools; - Familiar with Data Visualization; - Good command of MS Office specifically Excel and Access; - Good command of English Language;
