Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient HR and administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of HR and administrative duties in different departments.
- Organize all personnel administration affairs according to labor law, such as contracts, insurance, etc.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs.
• Provide compensation support including approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
- creating and implementing programs to attract and retain employees
- Manage staff benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plan, and other insurance benefits.
- Lead talent acquisition function with strategic recruitment, hiring and onboarding to drive recruitment efforts that support the long-term talent needs of the site and business.
- Manage employee payroll, and serve as the primary contact with payroll processor.
- Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to streamline HR processes and incorporate best practices in management, including updating employee policies and personnel handbook.
- Demonstrated experience in HR with focus on policy and benefits administration.
