Job Description

- Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program on candidate selection - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities - Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns - Efforts and plans to maintain human resources - Performance evaluation system - Implement approved operational plans and provide regular reports to the management - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems - Planning and implementing human resource strategic plans - Having creativity in keeping valuable personnel - Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. 17:00 p.m. / Thursday 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in the related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience - Ability to multitask and handle pressure - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with many types of people at various levels - Good team building and managing skills - Good communications skills - Good knowledge of food industry and local retail market - High accuracy
