Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in industrial engineering or management
- 10-15 years of work experience in large factories
- Familiarity with social security and labor laws
- Expert in ICDL software
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…)
