Job Description
• Follow up device installation on a daily basis
• Follow, track and solve any problem caused in terms of device installation all around the country
• Make sure that every device work completely and without problem on a daily basis
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
• Coordinate with another region whenever its needed
• Get in touch with all users, guide them, train them and solve their problem
• Work with external agent as a main contact person
• Participate in store visit
• Prepare monthly timesheet for payroll department
