Job Description

-Supporting and planning the entire spectrum of HR including: strategy and functions, design and implementation of recruitment and firing process, leading and supervising all activities related to employees, mastery of personnel contracts and relevant legal, retention, attendance system -Job posting, CV screening, do job interview and selecting qualified job applicants, inform of job duties, responsibilities and details -Prepare and maintain employment records such as: hiring date, assessment, contracts, personal information and data, transfers, performance evaluation data, absenteeism -Planning performance evaluation system, analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs, developing and implementing motivation improvement and satisfaction of employees -Supervising loan and bonus programs, deal with employee requests and issues, handle complaints grievance procedures and convey information effectively -Preparing a human resources dashboard reports monthly and also periodic reports and updates with management

Requirements

-Minimum bachelor’s degree. Degree in HR, management, psychology or relevant certification is a plus -Ideal age range: 45 Years Old minimum 15 years’ work experience in the field of human resources / or 30 - 35 with minimum 5 years’ work experience in relevant field in a high-status organization (experienced in manufacturing industry is an advantage) -Familiar with human resource concepts and models, personality tests and evaluations systems -Extremely flexible, multitasking ability -Self-motivated & patience -Power of decision making in different working conditions Responsible & committed to defined organization and occupation -Solid understanding of labor legislation -Effective communication and negotiation skills -Good computer skills and Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Familiar with online and traditional recruiting -Familiar with Labor Law details, supplementary Insurance and employer’s liability insurance, wellness programs -Gender Preference: Female
