We provide a range of HRM and KM consulting services that are not only solution focused, but are proactive to ensure we consistently deliver upon the needs of our clients. We are looking for an expert who has advanced skills in at least one subject of HRM and/or KM. Our HRM advisory and consultancy services span the following areas: • Job Analysis • Job Classification • Time and Work Study • Career Path Management • Assessment Centers • Performance Management & Appraisal In addition, our KM advisory and consultancy services span the following areas: • KM Maturity Models • Knowledge Map • Knowledge Processes • KM Tools & Techniques • KM Roadmap • Document management Main responsibilities: • Gathering data through interviews, observations, document analysis • Analyzing and recommending solutions to HR or KM issues • Designing and implementing the solutions • Preparing reports and official documents

Requirements

• At least B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or related fields • Ability to run meetings effectively • At least 3 years’ experience in HR or KM area • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Problem solving by frequent follow ups on tasks • Think creatively and approach to issues systematically • Highly motivated team player
