Job Description

Objective of the role: design and implementation of HR processes in holding company for sub companies. List of responsibilities: design and implementation of organizational structure process design and implementation of job analysis & grading process design and implementation of people grading process design and implementation of compensation system design and implementation of performance management process design and implementation of training & development process design and implementation of assessment center design and implementation of organizational culture process (EVC) . Reporting to: HR manager. Length of Probation Period: 3 months (it dependence to people). Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am to 16:30 (18:30).

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor/master/phd of human resource management. Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years as human resource expert. Specialist knowledge: 34000 HR model Personnel and Human Resources English Language personality test Psychology Soft Skills and Personality traits: Active Listening Active Communication hard worker Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others Analyzing Data or Information Scheduling Work and Activities Making Decisions and Solving Problems .
