Job Description

- Coordinate personnel recruitment activities. - Analyze training needs to develop new training programs. - Plan, organize and conduct training programs. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. - Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs. - Maintain and update human resources documents and employment records. - Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. - Compile and record employee time and payroll data. - Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information.

Requirements

- At least bachelor degree in Management, HRM, Industrial Engineering or any related major. - Knowledge of current employment laws. - Advanced Computer, Database and Excel Skills. - Ability to document processes & procedures and share best practices with colleagues. - Interest and ability to keep learning new technologies in the execution of the role. - Analytical ability. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Very good interpersonal skills. - Time management and organizational skills. - Ideal Age Range: 24 - 30.
