Job Description
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
- Manage social responsibility of company;
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves;
- Transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software;
- Designing & implementing organizational chart;
- Creating and updating master data base;
- Providing all recruitment process from A to Z;
- Assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company;
- Managing HR section Events;
- Follow up of welfare services and compensation issues;
- Carrying out job interviews along with psychological tests;
- Among these issues can be discussed wage, reward, appreciation and encouragement, welfare and recreation;
- Assisting with the implementation of the performance management system;
