Job Description

-Manage (plan, organize, and mobilize resources, implement and control) HR functions including: •Find and seize improvement opportunities in organizational design and structure •Analyze jobs and write “Job Description” including performance appraisal indicators, employee needs analysis •Workforce planning to balance plant needs in order to hire/lay off/leverage part-time worker •Recruitment/lay off process according to “Iranian Labor Law” and company’s regulations •Form, organize, update and archive personnel files •Compensation, benefit and rewarding system •Training system (needs analysis, implement training, keep records, retrain) •Performance appraisal system •Design and update forms, manuals, instructions, and procedures •Manage all social security related activities •Design and perform “employee grading system” -Support top management by preparing regular or occasional reports -Ability to seat on “Labor Office Reconciliation Sessions” or at “Judiciary Court” as company’s representative to defend firm’s rights -Ability to resolve disputes between employees

Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in HR/Management -At least 4 years in human resource management functions -Critically needed knowledge: “Iranian Labor Law”, labor office processes and social security processes -Fluent in English (preferable) and Farsi (verbal and written) -Must be able to work with Windows and Microsoft Office -Based in: Shahreza/Isfahan (candidate should be able to travel to Tehran office as per need) -Able to work in team, multi-cultural environment and under pressure -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Able to solve problems autonomously in compliance to top management approach -Ideal Age Range: 34 - 50
