Job Description

• Managing the recruitment process, • Alignment of new employees with organizational culture, • Communication management and familiarity with strategies and goals of the organization, helping implementation of programs and plans related to the goals of the company, • Planning for the arrangement of manpower according to the capabilities and necessities, • Training, development and effort to improve the current performance of employees, • Supervising the strict implementation of all company rules and regulations, • Job design and occupational enrichment, • Maintenance and strengthening motivation of employees, • Preparation of periodic reports in various fields of human resources, • Addressing staff problems and issues.

Requirements
