Job Description

- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities; - Manage social responsibility of company; - Designing & implementing organizational chart; - Assisting with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company; - Managing HR section Events; - Follow up of welfare services and compensation issues; - Assisting with the implementation of the performance management system;

Requirements

- University qualifications: Bachelor or master's degree in human resources or management, related fields; - At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field; - Being responsible and committed; - Ability to work under pressure; - Excellent time management and perfect attention to details; - Very strong interpersonal skills;
