Job Description

• Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems •Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. •Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants. •Developing human resource instructions and Job analysis. • Identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits. • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: B.S. in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational - Psychology, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields. - Nature and length of previous experience: At least 4 years. Specialist knowledge: •Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. •Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.. •Administration and Management •Time accounting software Soft Skills and Personality traits: •Active Listening •Management of Personnel Resources •Judgment and Decision Making •Complex Problem Solving •Time Management •Social Perceptiveness
