Requirements
- BS or MS in Human Resources, Industrial Management or related field
- At least 10 years of experience including 4 years at managerial level
- Having experience in distribution companies
- Proficient in HRM activities such as Recruitment, Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal, Training processes
- Mastery of labor law and social insurance
- The ability to build strong trustful relationships with all employees and manage employee relations
- Strong social perception and negotiation skills to manage employee conflicts and reconcile differences
- The ability to analyze and interpret data in order to generate reports
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet deadlines
- The ability to work with team (headquarter HR Team)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ideal age range: 35-45
