Job Description

- Prioritizing HR department goals, plans and actions based on company's strategic goals - Developing corporate HR policies and instructions - Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR - Supervising HR operations - Supervising and cooperating in designing, assessing and improving HR processes - Conducting human resource planning and setting budget - Conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans, Performance management - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs - Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction -Helping to improve organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Management fields, MBA, HRM or Industrial Engineering (degree in HRM is an advantage) At least 10 Years experience in HR including 5 years in a Manager position Professional knowledge of all HR processes Knowledge required: Personnel and Human Resources;Education and Training;Administration and Management;Customer and Personal Service;Psychology Skills & Abilities required: Complex Problem Solving;Judgment and Decision Making;Negotiation;Active Learning;Critical Thinking;Monitoring;Systems Analysis;Time Management;Learning Strategies; Ideal Age Range: 40 – 55
