Job Description

- Develop leadership development programs and activities based on the requirement of the company strategy and needs of organizational and people development, to promote a learning culture in organization - Transferring knowledge and skill in using HR tools - Create variety of administration and human resources management reports /analyze jobs - Mastering the affairs of labor and staffing - Full mastery of negotiation techniques and organizational conflict management - Archive, create personnel file, and also create classification algorithms for administrative documents - Follow up administrative affairs and support

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in related fields & also 5 years experience in management. - Team work - Leadership & Managerial Skills - Planning, organizing and solving problem skills - Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Strong negotiation skills - Fluent in MS office and related software
