Job Description

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization • Enhance the efficiency of the HR department by utilizing automation tools • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff. • Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process • Standardize the employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals • Oversee payroll submissions and payments • Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance • Act as a key business partner to members of the company to improve the recruiting process • Conducting performance and wage reviews. • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. • Creating clear and concise reports. • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management • Create reports for senior management

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience including 4 years at managerial level • MA in Human Resources or similar relevant fields • Preferred age range is up to 40 • In-depth Knowledge of Iran labor law • Familiarity with performance management tool such as OKR • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Professional knowledge of all HR areas (Recruitment, Development, Performance management, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading)
