Job Description

• Creating and revising job descriptions • Conducting annual salary surveys • Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures • Performing benefits administration • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads • Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling • Overseeing exit interviews • Maintaining department records and reports • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures • Developing adequate induction and training • Assisting with the performance management and review process

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management • Over 10 years of experience out of which 6 years minimum in a similar role • Teamwork skills • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills • Initiative, Independent and well-organized character • Ability to build and maintain good business relationships quickly and professionally • Time management & problem solving • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Access-Outlook-PowerPoint) and Internet • Ability to work under pressure • Creative • Strong Leadership skills with a coaching mindset • Being honest, flexible, self-motivated, accurate, self-organized and fast-learner • Very strong data analytical experience with proven business case results • Gender: Male • Ideal Age Range: 40-50
