Job Description

-Managing the organization’s HR processes, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems and financial planning of the department -Assist in the development and management of programs, procedures and guidelines for helping and matching workforce with strategic goals of the company -Mastering administrative affairs, automation, salary and salary policies of employees -Issues of employee relationships, such as labor complaints or other employee concerns -Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating employee activities, training, or working relationships of an organization -Analyze and modify compensation and profit policies to create competitive programs -Supervision of correspondence principles, Secretariat, issuance of references and certifications and guiding staff when needed -Gathering staff's ideas, Creativity and innovation in each field and acting to attain results with colleagues -Supervision of public relations activities of the company, including holding meetings, interviews, visits, photography, national and local occasions

Requirements

-Master's degree in Management (HRM, MBA, Industrial,) or Industrial Engineering -At least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management in the pharmaceutical industry -Ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity -Ability to multi-task and work at several projects simultaneously -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 50
