Your role is to nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset—our people. Using your human resources expertise and a solid understanding of our business. You’ll also help them to be better leaders by supporting them in coaching, providing feedback, and managing performance. You will play a key role in creating a work environment where everyone can work together and grow together. - Leading all Human Resource initiatives for an internal start-up company. - Bringing to life compensation, coaching and performance management strategy. - Creating and driving force behind the culture of organization. - Owning the new hire on-boarding process and experience. - Spearheading programs that promote recognition, development, and retention of key talent. - Supporting business leaders to coach, give feedback, and manage performance efficiency. - Offering expert advice on ethics, compliance, and employee relations issues. - Providing guidance on human resources policies and procedures. - Six or more years of Human Resources experience. - Experience supporting a start-up environment from an HR perspective. - Experience driving creative solutions around new hire on-boarding and organizational culture.
