Job Description
-Should be able to design & implement administrative and human resource processes and payroll accounting -Providing communication solution between management and staff -Design, identify and control all stages of human resources systems -Identifying opportunities for human resource development -Developing employees satisfaction and engagement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields (State universities graduates are in priority) - At least 3 years of relevant work experience - Familiar with performance management system - Ability to make constructive interaction - Having ability of problem solving, strategic thinking and creative thinking - Dominant in Labor law, social security regulations and payroll accounting - Team spirit and mental focus - Basic knowledge of English - Age Range: 25-40
