Job Description

- Objective of the role: Maximizing human resource productivity. - List of responsibilities: 1. Forming HR Strategy based on and in alignment with company's Strategy Plan through: a. Estimating required human resources in long-term and short-term b. Estimating optimum human resource costs through analyzing the labor market c. Analyzing productivity and costs of company's human resources d. Planning to induce human resource productivity through performance evaluation, motivational packages, and feedback system e. interacting with training department to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs 2. Applying and enforcing national labor law and organizational codes 3. Calculating monthly working hours of personnel 4. Issuing letter of appointments and mission orders 5. Briefing new entrant associates. - Reporting to: DMD of Administrative and Financial Affairs. - Working hours: 8:30 - 16:30.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields preferably Master of Business Administration (MBA) - 5 years or more of relevant work experience (Aviation work experience is an advantage) - Sufficient knowledge and expertise in: 1. Human Resource Management 2. Labor Law and Relevant Legal Issues 3. Negotiation Skills 4. Administrative Procedures 5. Performance Evaluation Systems 6. Motivational Policies
