Job Description

-All administrative and human resource processes and payroll accounting -Labor law and social security regulations -Recruitment, new employee socialization and employee performance appraisal -Providing a solution to management and communication between management and staff -Design, identify and control all stages of human resources systems -Identifying opportunities for human resource development -Developing employees satisfaction and engagement programs -Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives

Requirements

-Master’s Degree in Human Resources & higher -At least 10 years of relevant work experience -Familiar with competency based interviews concepts & techniques -Familiar with performance management system -Strong Business Acumen and a Proven Ability to align and connect company vision, mission and business objectives with HR strategies and programs -Ability to make constructive interaction -Having ability of problem solving, strategic thinking and creative thinking -Dominant in educational needs assessment, education processes, and evaluating the effectiveness of education -Team spirit and mental focus
