Job Description
- Define and manage all aspects of the performance management of HR - Revamp performance management process using latest market trends - Incorporate best practices from other firms and industries - Define qualification and compensation system for all personnel - Matching current personnel with occupation scope of work - Plan, Monitor and Control performance of personnel - Active role in Recruiting Committee for acquisition of personnel - Company is located in Shams Abad Industrial Zone (35th km Tehran-Qom Highway)
Requirements
- BSc or Master in Business Administration, Commerce, other related fields - Minimum 10 years of experience in HR / at least 3 to 5 years in Senior position - Persian and English Fluent skills . - Familiarity with Coating and Paint industry is a preference.
