Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties. - Develops good networking with all departmental managers in order to execute the duties in professional way Key Performance Objectives: - Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans - Write directives and guidelines to all Tasnim departments on Company manpower policies, employments opportunities, compensations and bounces and evaluate the employment profile - Able to execute recruitment procedure professionally from interview, test and selection of the manpower, in need of each department in Tasnim and able to provide the required manpower in timely fashion - Provide job description for all Tasnim employee and evaluate the job descriptions quarterly and annually - Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate - Provide orientation for new staff - Oversees, maintenance, and communication of records and documents required by law or local governing bodies for manpower, or other departments - Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues - Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization - Keep the track of each employee in Tasnim and file all related rotary performance evaluations, accident reports, misconduct to enable implementation of effective promotion, education and motivation system for all employee - Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations

Requirements

- Good analytical, organizational and project and people management skills - Human Resource bachelor or Master of Science degree or MBA - Able to work with mathematical models and advanced skills in financial and budgeting calculation - Implement good networking and socialization with all employee in the organization to increase employee satisfaction - 2-3 years related experience in human resource positions - Well-developed computing skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
