- Scheduling and conducting job evaluations; - Recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. - Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. - Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations or Business - Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication - Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law - Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork - Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning
