-Plan, Direct & Developing the skills of the HR team member through training and coaching -Analyzing strengths, weaknesses and manage the HR programs -Analyzing annual targets by implementing strategies; monitoring trends and results -Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and Processes -Hire employees and implement recruitment, interviewing -Full Knowledge in principles of Classifying jobs, Employment Law, insurance law, Labor rules and relations, court procedures, government regulations -Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions. -Performing job analysis & evaluations -Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction -Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, and counsel managers on candidate selection -Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities -Prepare and update organizational chart, job descriptions and job requirements for all current and planned for future positions -Plan and execute performance evaluation based on their job requirements -Plan and conduct personnel training programs to provide human resource excellence -Propose models or activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management -Implement approved operational plans and provide regular reports to the management -Solving employee`s problems, such as harassment. Allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns


-Bachelor or Master Degree in Management, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering or relevant field -At least 7 years of related work experience as HR Manager -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) -Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills -Familiar with Law and staffing matters -Flexible to work under pressure. -Flexible and eager to involve in change programs -Talented to learn different approaches -Skillful in problem solving -Enthusiastic about team-work and social activities -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 32 - 45
