Job Description

- Designing and carrying out recruitment process to meet the needs of the organization. - Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners and serve as a strategic though-partner to them on people-related strategies and employee engagement. - Actively contribute to performance management and employee engagement. - Provide appropriate training and coaching to managers and employees. - Solve problems and get to the root of issues- design and quickly implement solutions, even those beyond people and organizational realm. - Identify and address unwanted trends and resolve them. - Assess employee developmental needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions. - promote and modify the company’s culture. - Support the company’s business strategies through dependable HRM analysis and performance.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferred majors: psychology and management - Experience supporting a tech organization is a plus. - Other skills and abilities: • Deep knowledge and understanding of human resource management processes. • Demonstrated understanding of human behavior and mind in work environment. • Good knowledge of business strategy. • Can provide expertise in the following areas: Organizational design, performance management, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and employee relations. • Comfortable with ambiguity. • Ability to influence and coach. • Proactive, can operate autonomously. • Demonstrated ability to work within constraints. • Ability to challenge the status quo. • Detail oriented. • Culture keeper with high mental plasticity.
