Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a Public university - At least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management - Being completely familiar with: * Administrative Affairs * Automation * Salary Policies and Staff Grading * Compensation Terms - Communication skills - Organizational skills - Decision-making skills - Budgeting skills - Training and developmental skills
