Kerman Momtazan Cement Company (KMCC) is looking for a Human Resources Manager who can help us cultivate an energetic, happy, and productive work culture. The following roles and responsibilities are the main areas of focus for this position: I. Listening to and resolving employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures II. Analyzing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and develop recommendations for improvement of organizing personnel policies and practices. Relevant and required Experience. III. Requirements

I. Master's Degree in any Management fields (degree in HRM is an advantage) II. Minimum 10 years of related work experience in HR & at least 5 Years experience as a senior Manager III. Familiarity with labor and Insurance Laws and etc. IV. Proficiency in HR areas V. Ability to lead and direct people( Leadership skills) VI. Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems VII. Familiarity with organizational behavior and performance; Individual differences in ability, personality and interests; learning and motivation VIII. High Emotional Intelligence IX. Excellent written and verbal communication skills X. Identify, design, conduct and control all HR Systems and Processes XI. Ability to communicate and present effectively XII. English proficiency and computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office XIII. Familiarity with competency model
