Job Description
The HR Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. The major areas directed are: • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; • Employee / Labor relations; • TPM Pillar champion for Education & Training • Recruiting and staffing; • Performance management and improvement systems; • Organization development; • Policy development and documentation; • Site employee and community communication; • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; • Employee orientation, development, and training; • Compensation and benefits administration; • Charitable giving; and Positive Community Relations • Employee services and counseling. • Managed administration, including reception • Under the Safety Manager is responsible for facility security • Organizational and space planning • Development of HR Department • Personal ongoing development.
Requirements
- Education: BA/MS Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Human Resource Management. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in related field. - Language: Fluency in English and Arabic - Workplace: Iraq (Karbala).
