-Conducting start and exit interview with job applicants -Conducting psychology tests and other related tests -Advertising recruitment media and following up all recruitment process -Conducting employment process -Implementing payment process and job evaluation -Conducting welfare policies -Developing career path in line and staff -Conducting personnel training modules -Doing other related human resources tasks
Requirements
-Master degree in Human Resources or closely related degrees -High knowledge in processes of human resources and familiar with related systems -Interested in knowledge work along with creativity in a dynamic and growing setting -Continuous learner, personal development, and assisting senior managers -High communication skill in teams, systematic thinking, problem solving -High skill in MS Office and statistical analysis -Good command of English to utilize textbooks
