POSITION SNAPSHOT: We are excited to be recruiting for this position to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities for a period of 6 months and it is a full time job. As HR Intern you are responsible to updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you. A DAY IN THE LIFE: o Gathering personnel data and updating internal databases with new employee information, including contact detail and employment forms o Organizing the personnel files and gathering payroll data. o Screening resumes and application forms. o Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and participating on interview sessions. o Address employee queries about benefits (like car loan) o Manage administrative HR process.

Requirements

What WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? o Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR o Pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Business o Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English o Excellent leadership and organizational skills o Good time management skills, able to work on multiple projects at a time o Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain the highest level of confidentiality o Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel.
