Job Description

Requirements

• BS or MA in human resources /industrial engineering / executive management • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively • Ability to work well in a team • Ability to take responsibility and pursue tasks • Fluent in training processes, recruitment, performance appraisal • Fluent in the principles of organizational behavior and employee relationship management • Advanced in Microsoft office specially Excel
