Job Description
• Staff training and development process such as producing educational content, holding training courses and sessions (inside and outside the organization), measuring the effectiveness of training courses and also receiving and providing feedback to improve training activities
• Execution and scheduling of performance management courses and monitoring the correct implementation of courses (holding briefings with managers and supervisors, updating relevant forms, analyzing information and preparing statistical and descriptive reports)
• Preparing required statistical and analytical reports and submit it to manager
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
