Job Description

- Prepare and revise job description & competency. - Prepare human resource planning & update it frequently. - Update organizational chart frequently. - Handle recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters - Prepare and upgrade Talent pool - Do job interviews base on PAR, STAR, SOAR, behavioral base interview & CBI strategies - Update & deliver recruitment resources to regional human resource department. - Conduct & improve Competency system. - Familiar with Competency Model (General and Special Competence) - Familiar with performance appraisal system. - Develop, implement, HR programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and corporate culture. - Administer an effective on-boarding program for new personnel’s.

Requirements

-Education: Minimum BSc or master management (HR is expected), industrial engineering or relevant field. - Age :25 to maximum 35 years old. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in related field. - Familiar with human resource concept & Excellence model. - Travel frequently. - Professional software working (Office – specially Excel) - Have good analytical thought & data Knowledge
