Job Description

Planning, Coordinate and Conduct of HRM activities such as: Job analysis, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal, Succession planning. Main activities of HR Expert include: - Implementation of HR process - Conduct of job satisfaction - Conduct of Succession planning - Conduct of performance appraisal - Conduct of job analysis - HR Planning

Requirements

- Bachelor/ Master Degree in management fields (degree in HRM is an advantage) - At least 3 years of related experiences - Professional knowledge of all HR areas especially - Familiar with MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
