Job Description
•Main Objective:
We are seeking a talented HR Development Specialist to take charge of the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Prioritizing HR department goals, plans and actions based on company's strategic goals
-Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR
-Designing, assessing and improving HR processes
-Conducting human resource planning and setting budget
-Managing and performing all Recruitment processes and functions including advertisement, Screening, Coordinating interviews, Result announcements
-Developing human resources guidelines; Monitors administration to established standards and procedures
-Succession planning, Preparing Succession Graphs for strategic roles, and Career path management
-Conduct and follow up Training and Development Plans
-Helping to improve organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction
-Improving, implementing and administrating employee evaluation processes
-Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting
-Providing and updating HR databases
-Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification, and competency models
