Job Description

-Design and implementation of job analysis -Implement the educational system -Implementing the Competency Model -Analyze a survey of each year's attitudes and report to the HR manager -Implement the standard IATF -Assessment of employee satisfaction -Performance evaluation -Preparing Ad Text & Publishing Announcements -Reviewing resumes & Interviewing with Health Insurance Additional health insurance -Creating a work contract -Registration and archiving of documents -Educational activities (assessment of educational needs, follow-up training classes) -Preparing statistical reports and analyzing them -Maintain all personnel information and confidential documents and make corrective action suggestions as necessary -Helping HR Manager at all stages of employment, screening and short CVs -Coordination of social work for employees

Requirements

-At least 3 years work experience in the field of human resources -Extremely flexible work -Multitasking ability -Self-motivating -Ability to budget human resources -Has high patience -Power of decision making in different working conditions -Has a good social relationship -Responsible -Committed to defined organization and occupation -Experience working with PW KARA -Ideal Age Range: 25-35
