• Development of HR systems and processes • Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models • Development of Succession planning and Career path management • Newcomer Orientation and socialization plans • Development of employee suggestion system • Development and implementation of performance management system • Consult to line managers in using HR systems effectively • Reviewing Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes • Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate • Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems
Requirements
• Education: Master Degree (Preferred MBA/ HR Management) from a reputable university • Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR field • Deep knowledge in HR field • Ability to work as a team player • Conceptual and Analytical Skills • Language: Fluent in English (especially Written) • Good communication skills • Ability to research • Ideal Age Range: 26-35
