Job Description

•Main Objective: The main objective of this role is to act as an architect of innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies that strengthen our ability to attract, assess, and select talent across all levels. You will operationalize strategies that scale our hiring efforts in a streamlined way. •Main Responsibilities: -Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth and promote teamwork and cooperation. -Define and implement a consistent recruitment vision and strategy, creating a competitive advantage through effective and efficient talent acquisition mechanisms. -Review and establish appropriate processes, controls, and checks for recruitment. -Partner with senior management to determine needs and priorities within the business units and sites. -Create and implement employee relations policies to help increase employees’ job satisfaction -Lead company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements -Managing the administrative affairs, automation, and salary policies -Structure an appropriate organizational culture -Ensure an engaging and positive candidate experience at scale -Develop and manage analytics to translate future Instruction deliverables into effective workforce planning and hiring -Conduct pre-hiring interviews

Requirements

-Bachelor’s/ Master`s degree, preferably in HR management, or Industrial Engineering -Over 10 years of HR experience -Current or previous experience in an HR Manager role -Having a great network of professionals in different fields -Ability to write job description -Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation skills -Great knowledge and experience in talent acquisition and recruitment process across all levels -Familiar with modern recruitment techniques -Skillful in job interviews across all levels -Ability to motivate and mentor the team -Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects to meet specified deadlines -Strong expertise in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs -Proven success with high-volume recruitment -Strong organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning, and decision-making skills
