Job Description

● Establish a well-tuned relationship with other data teams throughout the company to knowledge share new techniques in Data Analysis. ● Manage the delivery of machine learning techniques into the MTNIrancell HR function and provide solutions encompassing Big Data matters to deliver ever new insights into the business. ● Manage the development of policies, procedures, and standards for Human capital management reports and requirements and running surveys. ● Provide inputs into the development of Human Capital metrics which results in the provisioning of effective reports and insight for better decision making. ● Review Human Capital metrics frequently, alert the deviation and make recommendations for improvement. ● Manage the process of benchmarking current results with human capital market trends, conduct gap analysis and collect corrective actions to reach the best practices results. ● Manage cleaning data, analyzing and interpreting Human capital data using computerized tools and techniques. ● Manage integration of all HR reporting and design large-scale databases for further references. ● Interpret Human capital metrics results and trends and also ensure complex data are visually appealing and present it to HR functions to support them in taking corrective actions and decisions. ● Manage the process of collecting accurate financial and non-financial data and reporting it. ● Work with the HR Finance team to manage the process of forecasting HR financial budget based on annual HR strategies and business plans. ● Manage the process of running different surveys including GCA, ISS, Exit. interview, etc. from designing the survey, communication, providing the report, and communicating the result with relevant teams. ● Work with HR communication team to ensure gaining maximum participation rate in surveys to increase data validity by effective communication. ● Manage to develop and create new or innovative and ad-hoc reports. ● Provide clear direction, coaching, leading, and mentoring to subordinates.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics; with experience in supervising/managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Familiar with kind of Database.
