Job Description

• Support Marine & HSSEQ Department team in all administrative functions, non-technical work including satisfactory and prompt completion of all other tasks otherwise assigned/allotted • Updating of CFM. Continuous monitoring, follow up and updating of HSSEQ Information, assistance to Department. • Assist Superintendents in compilation HSEEQ Reports (Monthly Report, MRM, Vetting and Inspections) liaising with HSSEQ and Marine Superintendents, Technical and Fleet personal Departments for sourcing data and facilitate in preparation of analytics reports • Provide support in carrying out Manual amendments including those for minor non-technical related changes. Facilitate the team in changes to the HSSEQ Manuals as requested by HSSEQ Superintendents. Document, maintain records of such HSSEQ changes • Support in anti-piracy activities to Company by issuing alerts, maintaining database of audits and service usage of security agencies (PMSC), security readiness of ships for HRA transit etc. • Provide support in editing, publishing and releasing of Circulars, Lessons learned from Incident reports, Alerts and Bulletins. Compilation of regular updates and circulating same weekly • Carry out all the administrative tasks and logistics functions in coordination with Department (for e.g. meetings). Also handle courier service, maintaining distribution list for various publications, arranging and maintaining Department online library • Creates and updates the records involved in each vetting inspection, in order to enable the thorough follow-up of vetting actions and future use of vetting results

Requirements

• Graduate Degree • At least 2 years working experience – desirable in administrative and support work related to Marine Safety, Quality and Environmental systems. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Fluency in English • PC literacy. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications • Vessel management • Ability to respond positively to customers in an effective manner • Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills • Company orientation
