Job Description

Main Purpose of the job: Support & advise the Factory team in all aspects of Safety, Health & environment with a strong focus on implementing local legal requirements & Market-level initiatives, including developing & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in Safety, Health & Environment performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents. Main responsibilities: • Coordinate the development and implementation of the Factory's / Project's in Safety, Health & Environment strategy & program. • Ensure the achievement of in Safety, Health & Environment objectives .Monitor and communicate on performance. • Implement, control, maintain and improve the Safety, Health & Environment Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Safety, Health & Environment program as well as exercising functional leadership of the Safety, Health & Environment pillar. • Provide coaching & support on shop floor, in order to achieve the Safety, Health & Environment objectives and to ensure Safety, Health & Environment becomes / remains every one responsibility. Ensure that Safety, Health & Environment performance data is available and correctly managed. • Promote the awareness of Safety, Health & Environment. • Promote the culture of safety leadership basic behaviors (SLBB) & the life-saving rules. • Champion the Plant's Safety, Health & Environment risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, corrective & preventive action and auditing, as well as ensuring a focus on BBS and culture • Contribute to & Execute Safety, Health & Environment Strategy: Contribute to factory operation master plan preparation in-line with company Safety, Health & Environment strategy • Ensure that all legal requirements concerning OSH&R and Environment are fully implemented and monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements. • Develop and sustain a local network (including authorities, etc). • Develop & implement specific tools & initiatives to increase awareness and capability in Security, ensure fully compliance in security,
