Job Description

• Perform routine HSE inspections to make improvement, recommendations, review operations, maintenance and construction safe work practices to ensure HSE performance targets are met. • Support and promote safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements. • Develop, perform and manage the field HSE audit process (scheduled and/or as needed) including responsibility to manage the record-keeping of HSE audits. • Manages delivery of training for personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing HSE procedures. • Implements core aspects of the accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures. • Provides follow-up to ensure implementation of corrective/preventive ‎recommendations. • Inspecting or evaluating workplace environment, equipment or practices to ‎ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulation control ‎and monitor the HSE activities of contractors preparing required reports. • Planning and perform ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for activities. • Analyzing and evaluating ergonomic hazardous factors in the workplace and providing ways to prevent and control the hazardous factors of the workplace according to existing standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of industrial safety, occupational health, environmental or environmental health. • 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the pharmaceutical companies. • Familiar with the requirements of ISO 14001-2004. • Familiar with the HSE management systems, and OHSAS18001. • Familiar with the HSE regulations. • Ability to manage contractor based on HSE requirement. • Ability to present and train the employees. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. • English language proficiency.
