Responsible for the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at all facilities. This will include the assessment and implementation of absent programs and the continued oversight and administration of existing HSE programs.
This position will interface with all departments to ensure existing processes and special projects are in compliance with all National and international regulations.
The HSE Manager implements and maintains an environmental health and safety program involving hazard identification evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention, hazardous material/waste management, emergency preparedness, fire/life safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulatory compliance.
- Expert / Master of Industrial Safety or Occupational Health
- At least 5 years of work experience and management experience, Mastering the risk assessment process, Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all health and safety legislation, being responsible for all safety inspections in the workplace (for example, monitoring noise levels in a warehouse), Managing emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organizing emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aiders, Offering general health and safety advice to all employees supervising the activities in the HSE field based on the standards of the HSE, Supervising waste management, wastage and disposal of industrial and non-industrial waste and environmental pollution control, Supervising the assessment of detrimental factors at the work environment (chemical, biological, ergonomics, light, sound, etc.), Providing corrective actions to improve the operational processes in HSE field. Supervising good performance of industrial medicine processes (at the beginning of recruiting, periodical, etc.) , supervising the health of personnel according to relevant standards.
